I use cutting and pasting to change the vertical order of subnets to my liking. For a DB System it had the undesired side-effect of creating multiple copies not attached to a subnet, so they not drawn in the designer. Only validation tells you multiple names and only in tabular view you can see/edit them. You can't re-attach them to a subnet, so there seems no way to fix or delete them.

Feature request: It would be great if we could at least delete from the Tabular view as well! Will submit this as a feature request separately. Another way to fix this were if one would be able to edit DB System properties and assign the subnet yourself.
