实际行为 | Actual behavior

获取企业微信部门列表失败：48009: api forbidden for contact assistant

企业微信官网提示错误：https://open.work.weixin.qq.com/devtool/query?e=48009
API接口无权限调用，为保障企业数据安全，不再允许通讯录同步助手从新增IP读取通讯录详情
目前还有其他的方式可以直接使用嘛？

之前他们新增的应用应该还是可以获取到部门以及员工的部分信息的，现在是整个都不能获取了吗？
