The current output parser for NetMHCpan4 is no longer compatible with the output of NetMHCpan-4.1.
Also similar for NetMHCIIpan. The current parser does not work well with the recently released NetMHCIIpan-4.0.

I just put a comment in the above PR, I don't believe this is addressed in mainline (as suggested above). Any interest in resolving this still?
