When you change the language when on the Malaria Register, it opens the malaria confirmation form. However, it is not clear who the malaria confirmation form is for.

To replicate:

  1. Open the Malaria Register
  2. Open the side panel
  3. Switch language
  4. Malaria Confirmation form opens
