@ndegwamartin I need to clarify with the client and Francis. I expect to respond by mid-this week

@f-odhiambo will have a follow-up with the UNICEF technical team to get clarification after the call with the client on 15th Jan. I have a hunch that this is more about the deployment of infrastructure than getting started/how to but will validate in the call. Will add the paused label for now
