Support annotations in visualisations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I perform a change which I expect to have an impact in my visualisations (e.g., I raise memory of my application from 16GB to 32GB and I expect latency to decrease) it would be nice to be able to annotate it. It will then be easier to understand what kind of change that I did had what kind of result.

Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to click and add a note directly on the visualisation. It should be persistent.
