Due to an expired AMI image in AWS, resalloc-server was not able to spin up new workers. This caused a long task queue to build. While this issue has been resolved now through an updated AMI, we should try to avoid such long queues in the future by either automatically updating AMI images, or setting up a regular reminder for it.
