Would we still want to parse suppressions.xml files based on https://jeremylong.github.io/DependencyCheck/dependency-suppression.1.3.xsd given that it's fairly common, even if we nowadays use the GitHub Advisory database over the NIST source we shared with that tool (which is included in GHADB)?
