Change 'here' to 'at the The Open Eligibility Project.' I learned non-descriptive links with text such as 'here' are not good for accessibility. More info: https://webaccess.berkeley.edu/ask-pecan/click-here
Some of the descriptions are mismatched with the names so I am deleting this.

I changed the text in the readme to say that the link leads to "the Open Eligibility Project" rather than "here" to improve accessibility. For more information, here is an article about meaningful link text and accessibility.
