Explorer not available

explorer.openphacts.org states Authentication parameters missing. https://explorer.openphacts.org redirects to https://explorer.openphacts.org/api-config, showing API parameters. Is there a wrong redirect in place?

While we have the 3Scale issues, can we put a simple front web page up to explain outage?
If the redirect can we done, I can write the page or redirect to support portal
