This is a Single Player like custom map with bots. I noticed that the bots get a notepad spawned in their hands if they use pistols. I could not test it in the original game because the map crashes lol.

And to be properly spawned for the first time with Silenced Pistol, a map restart has to be done manually. Otherwise, you spawn as a regular player with weapon selection.
