Increase storage capacity for case beyond 5MB

The sum of all files for a case must be under 5 MB. This is noted on the add media page. This is due to the storage structure and is a limitation of the browser. There's no way programmatically to request more storage. In order to increase storage space, an alternative file storage method must be implemented.
