I would be really helpful if a themeset could include module caching options that could be optionally applied if a user has the mater preference switch and the consent to letting the theme manager apply them. The publishing profiles gets me through rolling out a themeset to multiple blogs. Having to manually set the module caching settings is just plain painful. I know these templates that I have a feel for which ones. That is not likely for others if themes were to achieve the level in which WP themes has reached.
