Some characters are unreadable

Solver block, for example, outputs the character "s" properly on some lines and incorrect on some lines.
I am using IntelliJ IDEA.

You need the proper content encryption key, or CEK.
This key is used to decrypt a scrambling table, so if you don't have the key you can still make out the output but some characters are out of place
