It would be great to be able to link to other projects and subprojects from a workflow item or project comment.

The background is that a project may have main information and would like to link to other projects with specific workflows. I can at the moment add an URL to the comment field but it is not clickable and it is an absolute link to the URL. It would be nice to be able to have URL-independent (or local) links to other parts of TruBudget.

I propose there should be a new field for entering longer texts, comments, including links, below the three "columns" containing Project details. Subtitle (former Comment) is not suitable, formatting and layout -wise:
