Bug Description and Steps to Reproduce

执行mage start的时候会做个check，就很谜，偶尔有的时候会连不上kafka，确定kafka是正常启动端口都是正常的。然而神奇的是你什么都没操作，过一段时间再执行mage start，又check过了。然后不总时出现，出现概率不大，不确定是不是和我本地网络有关
