bug: NumberInput has extra right padding without steppers

Describe the bug

When using the component with showSteppers={false}, the right padding is 32px, greater than left padding (16px)

To Reproduce

<NumberInput
  defaultValue={0}
  size="xs" // it's especially obvious on xs, but any size works
  showSteppers={false}
/>

Expected behavior

• Padding should feel like a regular Input
