the idea is to support the search based on the harvested metadata set from https://github.com/davidoesch/geoservice_harvester_poc
(published as CSV: like https://github.com/davidoesch/geoservice_harvester_poc/blob/main/data/geoservices_CH.csv)

I started with a prototype implementation. not satisfying so far.
