ARM64 build still needs Rosetta to run #24

  1. Install this release: https://github.com/opengisch/qgis-conda-builder/releases/download/3.38.3/QGIS-3.38.3-MacOSX-arm64.pkg

  2. Open the .app

  3. The following window opens:
    To open QGIS.app, you need to install Rosetta. Do you want to install it now?

    (The app name is wrong, this dialogue always shows the previously opened app due to a macOS bug. It meant to show QGIS.app.)

Since I don't want to install Rosetta, a fully ARM64 build would be welcome.

I'm using macOS 15.0.1 on an M1 MacBook Pro.
