The Grass bin folder cannot be selected in Processing settings (probably since this was built without grass support?).
The fix is simply to set the GISBASE Env variable to point to an install of Grass (I imagine this can be done within the QGIS options menu?). For less technical minded people, it would be a good idea to find an easier alternative and include Grass in the package.
I am one those less technical minded folk, or perhaps just less technically trained - I have (on advice) used this install as it has up-to-date libraries (especially PDAL) and so can support the new point cloud processing tools. But I also use GRASS and would prefer not to switch between installs, and the above is not enough for me to fix it. More detailed instructions of how to add GRASS, or its inclusion, would be greatly appreciated!
