Tooltips (Mouseover) are cool - but nobody knows about #929

We do have nice tooltips...

... but people don't see it. They don't know that they can mouse over and wait.

Approaches:

Make a note (e.g.) in Intro Page and telling them that there are tooltips (maybe with image) - and if we have it, we will make even more tooltips.
Replace the tooltips by small info-icons (+ it's visible / - it fills up the gui)
