Editorial Comments for OGC CSAPI Reviewer's Guide

This public comment is respectfully submitted by the Web Service Technical Panel (WSTP) of the Defence Geospatial Information Working Group (DGIWG). The following comments specifically directed toward 23-053r1 - OGC API - Connected Systems Standard v1.0 Reviewers Guide:
• 4.2.3 needs to be updated – the proposal from OGC API – EDR is now Part 2 of the OGC API - Environmental Data Retrieval
• 6.1.2.3 EDR is defined as Environmental Data Resources – this is the wrong name: it should be Environmental Data Retrieval. There are also inconsistencies from referring to this standard that need to be addressed throughout the document (it should be spelt out in full not presented as OGC API -EDR)
• 6.2.7 – MQTT – define in full before the abbreviation here (inconsistency with 6.2.8 and others)
• 6.3.1.5 – there is no reference to HDF / GRIB / NetCDF versions (e.g. HDF 5, GRIB 2, NetCDF 4); should there be?
• 7.2.5 – the use case for Smart Cities has the same diagram (including title) for 7.2.4. There are also references to sensors listed for Smart Cities on page 115 that are missing from the Smart Cities diagram
