Alignment with the LandInfra Conceptual Model, or at least reference to it? #143

A bit similar to the issue I mentionned regarding WaterML2.

There are (many) shared concepts in CityGML CM with LandInfra CM and I am surprised to see no mention to that conceptual model in the CityGML CM document.

I would suggest to use the same definitions (when concepts are the same) or at least take position against them in order to facilitate interoperability between CityGML CM and LandInfra CM.

CityGML focused on semantic representation of reality vs LandInfra focus on design. Would be good to have an exposition in the Users Guide.

Action: as much as practical, align definitions between LandInfra and CityGML.
