Depending how you use Marsha, a playlist belongs to a consumer_site or an organization:
Connection in LTI, the playlist is created in a consumer_site
Connection on the standalone site, the playlist is created in an organization
An organization is not able to "know" a consumer_site and a consumer_site is not able to "know" an organization.
So both playlists are only viewable in their context and a user con not manage the resources created in a consumer_site in the standalone site and this is a feature they want.
Describe the solution you'd like
I want to manage, in the standalone site, resources created in a LTI context. So I want to see playlists created in a consumer_site.
Today it's possible to do that by assigning, in the admin site, an organization to a playlist already created in a consumer_site. So a playlist can at the same time in a consumer_site and an organization. But I don't know if it's a solution we can use.
Maybe by implementing first #2185 we can find a better solution. Once this feature implemented we can know the relation between an organization and a consumer_site.

We made that, I think we can consider it is done 👍
