@teolemon For historical reasons, we display the tooltip in various places depending on the task.

task alignment
image crop topCenter
unselect image topCenter
offline download bottomCenter
product detail changes bottomCenter
full database refresh bottomCenter
image upload center
add price with proof center
add price without proof center

I assume your issue is with a bottomCenter, probably "product detail changes", is that correct?
