Compare ingredient images and current ingredient lists

1. Parse OCR text of any new ingredient image with the ingredient list parser.
2. Write any change compared to the current ingredient list to a quality facet

• 90-percent-of-ingredients-match-image
• 80-percent-of-ingredients-match-image
• …
• 0-percent-of-ingredients-match-image

This should help surface:

1. Nutrition images stored as ingredients
2. Lists that changed
3. Badly cropped ingredient images
