There is a yearly updated list of known packager codes from the UNECE Code Mark Registry-website. List from year 2022.

For fruits and vegetables there are also the in Germany very common GGN and GLN numbers as GGN-certification codes from GLOBAL G.A.P., which has a database of certifications which can be misused to find the producer in many cases.

I have started to collect some interesting fruit/vegetable labels in the robotoff issue, maybe they help.
