Proof image / Price tags: barcode scanner library to extract the EAN

Story

Thanks to #611 we now have a pipeline & db to store Price Tags, and extract data from these images.
But sometimes Gemini fails to find the correct EAN: because the image is blurry, or simply because the EAN is not printed...

But the barcode is very often displayed, Gemini doesn't read it, but another model/library could 💡
