Module for multiple request combination

Needs a better issue title...

Create a module that will be the delegate for passing the header to the request module then using the returned data benign and real to combine them into one logical page for the user. This will require some create header formatting to keep the headers for both pages intact and separate so the client will be able to choose which one to display. No steg will be required, just need to combine them into one page in some standardized way with an ID for each so the client can tell the real from benign data.
