Undefined array key "name" in _oe_theme_preprocess_search_input_text()

Good afternoon,

I've detected the following warning related to the oe_theme:
_Warning: Undefined array key ‘name’ in oe_theme_preprocess_search_input_text() (line 1244 of themes/contrib/oe_theme/oe_theme.theme).
When I analysed it, I found that this happened when we had the Admin Toolbar Search module installed in the project.

AFAIK the name attribute is optional, for example if the form is submitted via JS. I created #1535 to fix the issue.
