Connect H2_saltcaverns to new H2-grid #336

Cause of the new Implementation of the H2-grid and accordingly new H2-buses, Saltcaverns will be isolated in the network.
Connect each H2-saltcavern to closest H2_bus of the grid
Check distances to closest H2-Bus, if there are any unrealistic connections
