Can I manually load a model config like PDF-extract-kit?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Current documentation for Command Line does not provide options for deciding which model to use or loading specific model config, which was available for PDF-extract-kit.

Ideally, I would like to have more freedom running the command, able to customize model settings myself.

open an option for config like pdf-extract-kit used to do.
