"api error" in notification settings #18

2 conditions:

When first come into the settings page, I see "api error" for a second or two before the page comes up.
I went to the notification settings tab, changed some settings. Then did a browser reload on my page to see if they had taken. Got "api error" forever. (Firefox for Ubuntu)
