Maintain recipes

The recipe feature in OCP works, but could use a much improved user experience and UI. Perhaps a way to build it more visually by adding processes and hooking them up??

Note there are 2 types of recipes in OCP, manufacturing/assembly and workflow. In ValueFlows, these will be merged. If we to take it to the next level using VF structure, which would be great, this will also require some work on the backend. There is also some more work to be done in VF to complete recipes. So I don't think we are quite ready to do this feature yet.
