Update CM to use local files. #138

The original CM could use local files as verification paths; however, the new only works with public URLs.

@afeld This consists of two possible things to do.

Part 1

part 1 of this will be solved when #131 is addressed which is incorporating how to include extra files besides the yaml files.

Part 2

the other part that is left is how to render those local files.

  • Right now, rendering files (local or urls) in the gitbook will put a URI to the file. After Part 1 is solved, the location of the local file to served may change which may cause some work to be done here to change the url path. else, we may only have to solve part 1.
