Now, we're publishing Java code to Maven central; we need to also publish Angular code. The mirror of Maven central would be npmjs.

This should be done automatically as part of a build; the manual process is visible at https://dev.to/martinpersson/create-and-publish-your-first-npm-package-a-comprehensive-guide-3l0a

The maven frontend plugin used to build the artefact can also do the publication.
