Uses incorrect openbao-k8s image

Describe the bug
This project should be using https://github.com/openbao/openbao-k8s, but it is still using https://github.com/hashicorp/vault-k8s. As a result, documented injector annotations are incorrect.

Hello @L1ghtman2k ,

this is on purpose. The openbao-k8s repo is not yet in a state where we can ship it with our HELM charts. So in the meantime we still make use of the upstream vault-k8s image. I'll leave this issue open until we can ship our own which works with the documented injector annotations at openbao.org
