Allow 'current location' option when authenticated user is creating a new alert

I want the option to use my current location when creating an alert from 'my profile->my alerts->create new alert', like in the main search at planningalerts.org.au homepage. Right now, I can only enter an address when setting up alerts, as "use my current location" is not available at https://www.planningalerts.org.au/profile/alerts/new
