This task is meant to revert #1454 change once the new version of dhp-commons is released (including IdentifierFactory and dependant classes).

New dhp-commons version was already released by Claudio, more details in:
https://support.openaire.eu/issues/9505#note-34
We could either introduce this beta dependency straight away or just wait for a public release if it happens before the next IIS version deployment. Potentially we could wait even longer since the classes copied to the IIS codebase are working properly and we are covered for the time being.
