Issue on page /examples/lbnl-example.html

@lazlop this example is currently broken. Looking through the logs (available above), it seems like there are issues with:

• domain spaces
• connection points
• substance-medium (probably the medium/fluid thing)

I can make the changes myself directly on this file if needed, but let me know if you'd like to fix it elsewhere first!
