Error "./start.sh: 43: [[: not found" on WSL

Running sh ./start.sh on WSL leads to an error:

RESET_PIPELINES_DIR is not set to true. No action taken.
./start.sh: 43: [[: not found
PIPELINES_REQUIREMENTS_PATH not specified. Skipping installation of requirements.
./start.sh: 116: Syntax error: redirection unexpected

The key here is the [[: not found error, which is caused by sh not understanding [[ in the .sh file.

Running the file with bash ./start.sh works, so there's an easy workaround available, but I'm documenting this here in case someone else encounters the same problem.
