Version information
The pypi version or branch of snappi-ixnetwork - 0.7.44

Describe the bug
While running sonic-mgmt RDMA cases on UHD, flow control is not getting set.

To Reproduce
Run test_pfc_lossless_with_snappi.py test case from sonic-mgmt on UHD. See that it won't enable flow_control on l1 config.

Expected behavior
It should configure the settings properly
vport.txt
