GRE protocol always get hex presentation on IxNetwork packet editor

Describe the bug
The default value of GRE protocol is 2048 integer.
However, IxNetwork always use hex 0x2048 to set like following.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Prefer code snippets, pytest test cases.

Expected behavior
It should be 2048 integer value or 0x800
