Is your feature request related to a problem?
This problem is related to #1372

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a separate module which will have similliar logic related to this

Additional context
With this module customer can independently detect the k8s properties like pod.id as a part of span resource attributes and further can be used to correlate any problem with infra instrumentation
