In this script, we do 2 things: -

For running splat as non-root, some commands need to be run one time as root
Enable read/write access to /sys/kernel/debug/tracing

/usr/bin/sudo mount -o remount,mode=755 /sys/kernel/debug
Enable any user to collect system-wide events: -

/usr/bin/sudo sysctl kernel.perf_event_paranoid=-1
