📚 The doc issue

Hi all,

The latest MMDeploy docker image is as follows:
openmmlab/mmdeploy:ubuntu20.04-cuda11.8-mmdeploy1.3.1

However, I can't seem to find the Dockerfile that was used to build this image - the Dockerfiles in the repo seem to be very outdated.

Any pointers on where I can find the latest Dockerfile?

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

Provide the latest Dockerfile in the repo.
