[1]: There's currently no standard way to model a shop with different dimensions on each floor in Simple Indoor Tagging. As you [may have] noticed, it only has a solution if the 2D extent of a feature is the same on all levels.

I would suggest changing to a multipolygon relation as here or a Any Tag You Like (ATYL) 'shop' relation as here. Site relations are intended for rather unrelated objects and have poor support in general.
