ESLint has some React-specific plugins, the hook-dependencies in particular.

We should take a look at the create-react-app setup for a base configuration.

Figure out how to set up ESLint with Typescript
Enable linting via package.json
Enable ESLint check in CI pipeline
Fix issues reported by ESLint (there will be some)
