On WSL2, this line[1] breaks the Dockerfile.
We should investigate why this happens and how to fix it.

Current Workaround: Comment that line in the Dockerfile and restart the image build

The docker image for os-runner is supposed to be pulled with the Makefile, see make start, so the workaround is not needed.

Please also include the logs for this issue.
