Hi @MeggyCal

This repository has recently been moved, so that's why the documentation link got broken I guessed, but you can find it at https://open-cogsci.github.io/QNotifications/.
I will try and see if I can add the license file to the pypi tarball. It is included in the repository, and in the conda package though. If I may ask, why is it important for you to have the license included in the tarball?
